It's so moist and the flavor profiles are so deep. Most jerky I find in stores tries to drown the flavor of the meat in sugar or soy sauce, but in this Biltong MEAT IS THE STAR OF THE SHOW. My favorite flavor so far has been the Peri Peri. When I read the bag it said it might be spicy but the spice really sneaks up on you. Needless to say the whole bag "mysteriously" disappeared 30 minutes later. All in all, if you like jerky but want high quality meat that isn't just a sugar delivery device I highly recommend this product!

I legit thought I was hanging with the late great Charlie Palmer nibbling down on some garlicy cow goodness. The Peri Peri BROUGHT. DA. HEAT. I felt like I was on trial with all that SPICE. This is the real deal. You don't need to go to Brooklyn to wear skinny jeans and you don't need to hop on a plane to South Africa to get the whole experience. Worth. Every. Bit. Of. My. Hard. Earned.
